Faithful to the heritage they have received, the nuns of Jouques, in the heart of Provence, present this wine from a plot of Merlot, called Notre dame de France.

DESIGNATION: 100% Merlot
EYE: Rather deep ruby color.

NOSE: Quite powerful that opens with aromas of ripe red fruits and scrubland.
MOUTH: This Merlot is round on the palate and has supple tannins.
