For centuries, monastic tradition and vine cultivation have been intertwined.
Faithful to the heritage they have received, the nuns of Jouques, in the heart of Provence, present this wine from a plot of Merlot, called Notre dame de France.

MAIN CEPAGE : Grenache, Syrah
EYE : Beautiful pale pink color with purple shades
NOSE : fresh and fruity, notes of red fruits (strawberry currant) and citrus, a hint of spice.
MOUTH : round with natural sweetness, notes of red fruits and peach.
Refreshing finish on citrus notes and with a beautiful minerality.
Perfect for a sunny lunch where it can accompany the whole meal.
