The Saint Caesarius, produced by the monks of the abbey of Lérins, is characterized by its complexity, structure, fatness and length in the mouth. It can be consumed from its 1st youth or aged in the cellar (12 °, 80% humidity) between 7 and 8 years.
Its color is sustained, yellow and gold. The first smell is a pleasure of refinement and delicacy. On the lips, the attack is silky, supported by a beautiful tension. Charming by its aromatic finesse, the cuvée offers with its exceptional persistence the reminiscence of a deep and intense mouth.
Cuvée St Césaire vintage 2020
Adorned with a golden color tinged with silver reflections, the Saint Césaire 2020 invites to the tasting. The nose is a harmony of peach sweetness, grapefruit and brioche. Carried to the lips, the lively nectar on the attack very quickly gives way to a smooth and silky fullness. The palate is filled with buttery notes complemented by a hint of broom flowers and sweet spices. The finish is round, the length is exceptional.
